I went for CIP today and fell in love :DD
With a really handsome dog that's as tall as my waist :3
The CIP is for service learning, and we went all the way out to ulu ulu Pasir Ris Farmway 3 to get there. The place is known as Pets Villa, and the dogs there are adorably gigantic, most being around waist-height? Or maybe its because I'm short ><.
To get there, (thankfully Alyssa's dad gave a lift,) one has to get off at a place called Whitewater after taking bus 88 from Ang Mo Kio Ave 3 - ang Mo Kio Station, which I think refers to the interchange? Then, walk in through Pasir Ris Industrial Drive 1, past Mutts and Mittens (Whose rude call-girl rejected us by saying that "we're short on manpower...We're not accepting new volunteers now." And so they're missing out on all the money we're gonna raise for Pets Villa :P) and through Pasir Ris Farmway 2, until you reach the end. Turn around the corner and walk somemore, until you see a little yellow building (before the fish farm) and there you are!
Anyway, the dog. Omg. So handsome. He looked like a wolf :O I'd upload photos, but I'm lazy right now. Later.
Pets Villa is a non-profit organisation, and there, none of the dogs are put to sleep, which is why they have to constantly rely on funds to feed and take care of all the poor abandoned doggies. Even the rice used is in demand. Seeing all the poor pets there, I'd like to appeal to people who read my blog (very little people at that) to help with donations. I mean, seriously. There are teeny puppies there. Cute, adorable, and unwanted. Wouldn't you help to feed them? -pouts-

"As each week goes by, we realise that we are running lower on rice. Never before has each grain mattered so much. We use an average of 6kg of rice a day. This would sum up to 42kg a week. Previously, donations for rice used to pour in. Sadly, after the recent rises in the price of rice, many are finding it hard to donate as much as before. However, we still need to keep the dogs at Pets Villa alive. Therefore, we are appealing for help to help us feed the 250 dogs we house. Any amount and any brand of rice would help as we cook on a daily basis and we use whatever we have left. Not a single grain is ever wasted as any balance after a day of feeding is always offered to the several strays that come by for food in the area. Each time you enjoy a meal of rice, please remember the dogs at Pets Villa who enjoy very grain they receive. If you can help us with this in any way, please call Christine @ 97937162."
Now, we're in touch with Christine, and we've already offered to help with fund-raising. Therefore, get something? Feed the handsome fellow I'm now in love with :3 And I'll show you just how cute he is :DD

Its my parent's anniversary tomorrow, so Sister dearest and I went and brought them out to Tampines 1 to eat~
Basically, since we're all utterly new at this (We only found out the anniversary date this year..), our whole family wandered aimlessly around the place till we saw this Chinese restaurant with a really long queue :O
And so, we were like, okay, lets try this! :D
The place, according to the Tampines 1 website, is called Imperial Treasure Nan Bei restaurant. The queue was... moving slowly. We were told to wait for... 15mins? But I think it took longer. Hmph. Slow-eating people.
The place was nice inside though~ The side booths had mirrors and the place was a really nice brown-beige combination.. I brushed off crumbs from the leather seat though.
Then we ordered (read: flipped through the menu for familiar things), but the person returned 2minutes later and went (in Chinese): Sorry, the har gao and the siew mai are sold out.
Erm.. Okays... Maybe its because it was lunch time? I think we ate around 2pm O_o
Later, the person asked what drinks we wanted. We blinked. And flipped through the menu 3times. There wasn't anything about drinks. And so, the person went off and took another menu, this time with drinks, and handed it to us.
Therefore, mommy and daddy dearest ordered pu er, and my sis wanted cold soya bean milk. The person left before she, the silly person, could say what she wanted. -.-" But later on she returned, and my sis got her drink :D Which wasn't really cold, but nice and thick~
The food is niceee. But the xiao long baos were.. Dryish. And the mayo! I think they had it squeezed ready, which was why it was hard and the fried prawn thingy I ate couldn't be dipped into it T_T
Hmm. The noodles were awesome, cause they were springy, surprisingly, cause my sis and I were expecting normal fried noodles :D Speaking of springy, the prawns are awfully nice and fresh. Go for the prawns!
Dessert, the cream puff-looking thingy with icing sugar on the top was really unusual. The dough was springy :3 And the filling was red bean! With banana, I think. Despite how weird it sounds, its nice. But unhealthy T_T
Okays. Enough of this. It sounds like a food review :'D

Okays. ENOUGH JEWELLERY! I'm drowing in glittery stuff~
How best to say this. Mandi has been girlified -.-" People of the world (or at least of Singapore), be horrified. I blame this on Sharlene the Second and Sharlene the Third. AKA HUILIN AND KAIJUN (Alyssa and Melissa shared too. But I'm sure that their colour taste isn't this bad. ^^"
Joking lah~ Anyways, in conclusion, and to make the both of them happy, I now sport... Gasp...

Hello. I'm lazy today, so I'm only going to write 2-3 sentences.
In summary:
May27th and May28th were one of the freaking worst days of my Sec3 year.
The fact that most people forgot my birthday was no help to my off-white mood either.
So, screw life and rational thinking. I refuse to be 15 yet.
